Nedbank Loans Department

I'm very disappointed with Nedbank, I still can't believe that they really recognize themselves as the bank of people or it's now an entity of financial oppression. Year 2018 I took a personal loan with Nedbank which includes insurance to cover for 6 months in case I lose a job. Let me tell you the truth, that Nedbank insurance is a ****, in fact I lost a job and stayed only 2 months jobless. I submitted my claim for my Nedbank personal loan insurance and they rejected it. After that they started adding some crazy interest and handed over my account to their NRR department. What a crazy bank? Let me shock you again, on the third month I got new job and started to repay my loan, I paid my loan for 2 and half years those crazy money suckers with the name of Nedbank they never sent my payment record to Trans Union to update my credit score, last year December I picked it up that I've been paying Nedbank for years and they were acting like I was not paying them. I called Trans Union and submitted my bank statements which reflects all deduction of Nedbank from my account for 2 years and half. Then Trans Union started to update my credit profile this year 2022 January. From the treatment I received I feel like Nedbank they are taking advantage of black people. I will never trust Nedbank again. In fact I paid them double of the money I took from them. **** Bank, **** Insurances. It's all about them. That's it.
