Nedbank loans

I am not happy with what I saw on my ITC record after I have settled a so called Nedbank loan. I received the paid up letter but my profile on ITC state that i still owe Nedbank 495. How is this possible if i settled and i have the letter. This is a mess. For the last 3 days trying to get of the recovery department for loans but no joy. Holding on the phone for over 40mins. I need this matter sorted out please
