Nedbank Loan Sharks

I had a loan with Nedbank for 5years, halfway through the company I worked for Liquidated and I was out of work from 2018 which the insurance paid for a year

2019 late I got work, I started as a contract worker not earning much and always made arrangments with Nedbank to pay them something, bear in mind there are creditors I haven't been able to pay for 3 years

2020 Covid happened we weren't working and gyms were closed I still made arrangments to pay them. December 2020 I phoned them and said to them 2021 we can now proceed with the full installment

23 January 2021 R2954.96 the full installment was debited twice I thought it was a mistake and I phoned them for a refund. Three days later they Debit my account again for R2954.96 and later that night the refund I requested reflects in my bank account, but now it doesn't make a difference since they debited it again

I am devasted I call them for a refund and days later they tell me the refund has been rejected, they took all the money even their R40 installment of their credit card bounced.

They left me without stationary money and never cared that I have money to go to work or not, every time I made an arrangement I never defaulted on that. If I had my way I would pay them in full and never lend money from these Loan Shark and I advise you to not borrow money from these
