Nedbank loan is horrible

I app**** for a loan on 19th Sep and the process dragged for almost a month (you will not believe) and I kept calling customer service then was told " back office" dealing with it literally everytime. Oneday, I called and this consultant canceled my application and started a new one which looked promising cause I was tracking it on my App. A few days, they paid out TWO loans into my account, what kind of a horrible and poor system is it used at Nedbank? I was told that I had the option the settle one loan right away with an additional R1750 from my own pocket. Firstly, whosw fault was it in the first place to process two loans?! Guys, please STAY AWAY from Nedbank. As if that's not enough, a week later I got a call from the business telling me that they've paid me R1200 more on my existing loan and need to pay it back IMMEDIATELY or it will be debited. I got so furious and told the consultant that the reason I app**** for a loan is because I need the money, but now you are taking it back. Meaning I paid Nedbank almost R3000 for their mess. Nedbank is horrible and treats clients like Reserve Bank. I am so ****ed.
