Nedbank loan horror

On the 06th September I app**** for a loan with the consultants online, was advised that by the 9th I will have feedback which was monday. On The 10 September Tuesday the consultant called an advised me to go in the branch Which I did an also redid the application.

One the 12th I made a follow up an was told the loan is approved however still not released an still with the accessors. I have logged numerous complaints by email an also over the phone with no luck. They all still telling me it's with accessors I cannot go to another bank cos already Nedbank reflects on my credit profile.

Does it take more than 7 days for a loan.? Why did Nedbank approve it in the first place of they were Gona do this mess.

I would never advise anyone to go with nedbank. Still to date I have no feedback just empty promises to call me back. Nedbank will lose business. They don't even care whether it was an emergency or not.
