Nedbank loan handed over to Blakes and associates

Nedbank loan handed over to Blakes and associates and their refusal to email me a written confirmation of paymentarrangement that was discussedtelephonical. I have contacted their offices several times requesting that the agreed amount,duration and terms of the arrangement be emailed to me for my records.

Nedbank please help,I really need to get this sorted and honour my obligations
