NEDBANK LOAN CONTINUES TO CRIPPLE ME

Little did i know that my life would come to a stand still from 2015 till today because of a LOAN i took from NEDBANK. While paying in 3yrs time COVID changed too many things for me, hospitalized and i got stuck ended-up freezing the payments due to the situation i was confronted with. I consulted in Heidelberg branch to report the situation but was given a cold shoulder, i was never assisted and returned home, took time to ask the Court how they can check but couldn't find any DEFAULT JUDGEMENT, SUMMONS etc. By then i received non-stop calls, emails, sms from attorneys where they handed me over. I then registered with DEBT-BUSTERS to assist but i lost so much money for nothing it was a disaster yet my name still reflects as ACTIVE for DEBT REVIEW as i'm writing and they refuse to remove it unless i produce the paid-up letter from NEDBANK for them to clear me, I cancelled their services because (they're clueless) and cannot handle debts truly speaking. Got all debts accounts fully paid and the creditors gave me paid-up letters as proof but never received one from NEDBANK till to date. They're unprofessional in this matter for not checking what's going on instead of continuing to request payment on the Loan, it's unfair from 2015 till today I'm still outstanding with their payment without giving themselves time to actually asks what is happening. I (REGRET) ever asking for their services as they continue to cripple me this way hence this situation gave me blood pressure and depression to live with for the rest of my life (unhappy).
