Nedbank loan application process inefficiency

My bond account is bring transferred from efubond(Africa Direct) since October /November 2019. The documents needed are being sent : bank statements, I'd copies, salary advise, house details since registered under my wife. The process has been quite a long frustrating journey especially not knowing if will be approved or not. I have hope ain nedbank since I had car loan via MD and personal loans in the institution and settled them. However the pace and making me undrestand the whole process has not been efficient.
