Nedbank Loan application

On Friday me and my husband went to Nedbank Alex Mall branch as he was looking for apply for a loan, the lady by the name of Tshepiso Rammego, assisted us and we are not happy with how she handled the whole process, firstly she chose the wrong amount for credit after we where approved for the loan which caused a delay because we had to go back to the branch the following day (07.09.2024) for her to promise that the funds will be deposited into my husbands account on the same day @ 12 noon and she will call back which she never did, today is the 09.09.2024 and the funds are still not deposited, Tshepi has no idea of what she is doing honestly and her lack of Nedbank product knowledge is embarrassing.
