Nedbank Loan

I went to Nedbank marble hall and app**** for a personal loan on the 23/09/2022 and assisted by a consultant named Mampuru, He confirmed that my application has been approved and conditions are they will settle my Absa P/loan and i will get R16000, and even advised me to open a Nedbank account for easy access to funds ,On the 26/09/2022 i got a message saying they settled my capitec loan of R13 and only R1500 was paid into my Nedbank account,Their P/loan department promised to investigate and come back to me , it's week 2 now and nothing is resolved.
