Nedbank Loan

I have overdue loan with Nedbank of which they have handed me over to Brooks and Luyt. The lawyers were debiting my account with payment arrangement I made with them. Nedbank was also debiting my account where I was forced to stop using the account. Currently I have a standing debit order with the Lawyers they have appointed but cannot get any statement and the current amount on the loan is being updated on Credit Bureau. Owing them doesn't mean they must treat me the way they do.
