Nedbank loan

I am disappointed with the service I've received from nedbank.they have dedicated R 5530 without my knowledge or consent. This amount is far higher than the monthly installment I agreed to, and the unexpected deduction has placed me under serious financial strain. I urgently need those funds for *rent* and transport for for the remainder of the month. When I contacted the bank for charity and assistance, I did not receive the support, or urgency I expected.
