Nedbank - Like being savaged by a sleeping sheep

Lip Service. Owning to a cra% experience with MiWay insurance, I asked for Debit order assistance and all I get is horseradish about what Nedbank cannot do...blah blah. Effectively - in my opinion - makes it useless to ask for help or have a help desk. Thank you for what was done though. However, It feels like Nedbank has no real control over ***** debit orders and the app is clearly falling short because first thing you will say is to use the app which.....dah dah dahhhhhh doesn't work to fix this. Please do not reply, it will probably be another corporate-drafted response straight from marketing.
