Nedbank lifestyle banking is the worst

I opened a new account online on the 13th of October and my account is still not active but yet everything seems be okay I keep calling their call centre and my account looks good from their side. I have visited 2 different branches and I could not get an explanation as to why is my account not active. What makes me angry is went an opened this account so I could receive my salary and I have yet to confirm the status of my account.I have sent an email requesting assistance and I have yet to open an account. nedbank life style banking is the worst.
