Nedbank lies to push sales

Hi Nedbank Please close the account which was opened by your sales team.

I had a personal loan with the bank of which was paid monthly and a consultant called to advise me with lies that I am a good paying customer I will receive R200 CASHBACK for paying my loan on time and keeping the account upto date.

1 I have never received the cash back not even once and you keep charging monthly services on the account and I advised this to your branch consultants no one helped now you have sent me an sms about. a judgement pls close the damn account.
