Nedbank lies and refuses to take accountability

Bunch of ****** that would do anything to get a deal.

A friend of mine has been approved for a homeland with nedbank, the consultant said that if he opens up an account Nedbank would further pay 50% of his lawyers fees.

When it's time to pay, nedbank pulls out and says he does not qualify for that promo.

Now nedbank is asking him who he spoke too, don't they have a call log under the customer's name. All calls are recorded but they do not want to send the recording of the phonecall.

This is really poor and sneaky.

We tried complaining through complaints department but they also refuse to send the recording.

Guys get everything in writing with Nedbank or else they will lie to you just to get the deal.
