Nedbank LIE all the time
Nedbank to as they please. You can have your conversations in writting, you can call the call center. You acn make all kinds of agreements or arrangements but at the end of the day. Nedbank will still do as they please. It is up setting to have people who LIE handle your hard earned money.

28 Jun 2019, 08:38Thank you for your response, It is unfortunate that one has to resort to these measures in a quest for a resolve. I have just received a sms now stating that I have failed to meet with my home loan agreement. This statement is UNTRUE. Nedbank on the whole is useless. I am afraid to act on any messages from Nedbank. In May i received a sms stating I failed to honor my MFC installment. So i checked my account and it was not debited. So I paid it via EFT. Then my account was debited. So the installment was then paid twice and I was left without money for the entire weekend waiting for the debit to be returned. I would just like to sort out this final issue regarding my homeloan, Pay my MFC account for 01 July and then proceed to closing my Nedbank account.
