Nedbank ***** and ****py customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a ****py bank, app**** for finance with hyundai and it declined later a private banker by the name of Sashnee called me and asked me if I become her client she will approve my car then I agreed and started the process, and then it declined again again she then said "Ok Lerato, let give you a credit card so that your credit score improves". she sent me the my card and the AMEX card her and amd her team kept on giving me the run around with my credit card and I decided not to diposite money because I didnt want stories like my car application,

this week she came back from leave and asked me to send her my pay slip so she can try to apply for my credit card off which I thought I have already, after a day or two she comes back requesting a paid up letter for telkom for an account I had 8 years ago of which I paid I called telkom and they say that they cannot find my name in their systems and now it appears in my credit report my credit score is down by 55 points what a night mare of staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I regret the day I taking that girl's phone! as the initial agreement was that if she becomes my private banker she will approve my car now im carless with a ****ty credit score! the car sales man said to me she nomally helps with clients that are declined! Im so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
