nedbank legal's department

Hi I called nedbank legals department yesterday and spoke to a lady named Varnah , I ust wanted an explanation as to why my garage card account was handed over to legals department as I as making payments on the account every month ? not only was she *********** but she was also rude and talking aggressively with me on the phone. I'm very disappointed with the staff at nedbank
