Nedbank Legal/Collections acting in bad faith

I am totally surprised and disappointed with the strategy used by Nedbank Legal in my matter ***. Whilst dealing with Nedbank about arrangements to rectify my Bond account, I had the Sherrif delivering papers : " Notice of Opposition to Mediation" This as far as I am concerned is acting in bad faith. After being a loyal member/ account holder of the brand/ bond account holder, this action is a bit of a surprise and let down. I'm hoping to get some clarification on the matter as soon as is possible
