Nedbank Legal why are you not reachable

I am Nedbank Customer for quite few years now&I had a debit arrangement for a personal loan in 2016 &it stopped &I assumed that it was payed off because I bank with them,until I found that the account is still open &in Credit beareau.So my challenge is now I have been trying to get Nedbank legal Department to provide me with a settlement statement but no luck..Their service is poor shame...Please help me to get them &pay their money off &change the bank if possible.They not friendly user if they have department's that are unreachable..
