Nedbank legal recoveries sabotage

Im very dissapointed with nedbank. I have a personal loan with them. We have an arrangement of a debit order on my pay day bt sometimes they dont deduct money on that day and days after then they will send me massages that they will take legal actions against me. That is messing with my credit rating. Even on the last paydate they deducted money on my account bt today i received an sms stating i ddnt pay. Im starting to believe they dont want me to finish paying that loan up. And they want to mess my credit profile. I would like them to remove my account from legal recoveries. Because it seems that is the department that is messing our arrangement. I have been with nedbank for 14years i have never used anada bank beside them. I think i need to move to anada bank now.
