Nedbank Legal Policy is a waste!

It's two(2) consecutive days that I have been trying to reach the legal department! This is very unprofessional especially at a time when one requires urgent assistance! I have been calling with my airtime & time wasted. All the consultants do is to waste people's time with verification without any way forward!
