NEDBANK LEGAL PERSONAL LOAN

I settled my personal loan on January 24, 2025, but to date, Nedbank has been giving me the runaround regarding my paid-up letter. They claim they cannot locate my funds, despite the fact that the payment was successfully deposited into one of their accounts.

I am considering reversing the transaction, but I am concerned they may not authorize it. They stated that I used an incorrect account number (not linked to their loan department), but I believe it shouldn’t be a major issue for them to trace the funds and allocate them correctly.

Please advise on the best way forward, as this delay is also affecting my plans.
