Nedbank legal never close my account thats paid up

Good day,<br> <br> I had a student credit card a few years back, which I failed to make payment on time. In 2014 I was told that legal will be handling my account and that I had to make payment urgently which I did. But now that I check my ICT record, the account has not been closed and Nedbank advised they can't do anything on their side because the account is would legal. I tried calling Legal but the phone goes to voice mail.<br> <br> I had not received a settlement letter as well now that I think of it. Can someone from Nebank call me urgently and try to sort this out.
