Nedbank Legal Department not working

Received an email saying may account is in arrears and that they will be sending a legal representative. However, all payments were paid and not sure why I got this email. Tried multiple times phoning the legal department, ***but line is down. Then tried phoning the normal customer service line and they could only assist to a certain point due the legal not being available.
