Nedbank Legal Department

<p>Nedbank Legal Department, can now decide what, when and how much you can afford to pay on your credit card account, or in my case just settle the whole amount, Without actually speaking to their clients.</p> <p>It comes down to Nedbank Legal Department, one individual who is in charge of my account, who can now make a decision on someone elses finances. This individual decided that, it was clear to him that I earn alot of money therefore I can settle the account and just takes MY hard earned money and settles, the credit card account. This individual at Nedbanks Legal Department, has powers behond any normal human being, because , could deduce that I HAD NO intention to settle my debt, but has never spoken to me. Never asked if I can afford the amount that he is intending to just take out of my account. Has the authority to just do what he likes when he likes and has no concequences on his job, because he has this lovely job that he goes home at 14:30 every day. Now I have other accounts to pay and because I dont have the money to pay. WHO SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE ME OR THE ONE INDIVIDUAL IN NEDBANK LEGAL DEPARTMENT?????????????????????????????????????????????????</p> <p> </p>
