Nedbank left me devasted this time

My Personal loan with Nedbank get debited every month end, they have received their November payment, i never authorized them to deduct on the 10th of Dec 2020, I am devastated, their have inconvenience me now, because i don't even have fuel money to go to work or to buy food for my children, Their need to return the money back into my account, today still and with the debit order fee. I am very disgust with this incident.
