Nedbank - left hand doesn't know what it's right hand is doing!!!

Nedbank Home Loans. Once again showing how horrible yr service is. An agreed amount was supposed to be deducted fm my bank account yesterday leaving a specific balance for my MFC account deduction. I check today & HLs has again deducted almost another R4000 fm my account. HLs are well aware my hse is being sold but do they care? I'm closing my bank accounts with Nedbank first opportunity I get & I'll never deal with Nedbank again. Your behaviour is shocking & completely inconsiderate & Nedbank did NOT honour the arrangement that was in place and made telephonically. I'm horrified that I've banked with Nedbank for over 30yrs knowing that your bank fees are higher than any other SA bank but I stayed with you. Well...I'm done!!!!
