Nedbank late father estate
Nedbank Nigel is absolutely useless. My father in law passed away last year September 2022. He had investments with Nedbank. There was no Will so we went to court and registered to get authority over his investments which the court gaves us authority for end of November 2022. We then took all paperwork to Nedbank Nigel and hand delivered it in the branch mangerress hands, B Adams. She told us it will take 6 weeks to get authority for the executor to be able to excess the account. It is now 20 weeks later and B Adams at Nedbank Nigel has yet another excuse. Every week since December 2022 the excuses veri so much, we just over it. January 2023 when we went to inquire it was, she needed copies of death certificate, ID, and all other supporting documents, which we gave to her already. Her reply was, she doesn't keep copies, she throws it in the trash. So we once again provided her with copies. February 2023 when we inquired, her excuse was the copy of the ID was not clear. We resubmitted the original. Then March 2023 when we inquired, her excuse, the copy of the of the death certificate was not clear, we resubmitted it .A week later we enquired again, once again there was a problem. The authorisation of executor of the estate certificate was not clear. All the original documents from the court were submitted to Mrs. B Adams at Nigel Nedbank, who used their copying machine to make copies of the original documents and send it to their (So called Nedbank Investment department) up until now 23 March 2023 the new excuse is, their system is down!!! How many millions of South Africans are banking or investing at Nedbank za. Once they have passed Nedbank South Africa doesn't give a **** about the deceaseds family, the share holders of Nedbank are just lining their own pockets.
