NEDBANK LAKEVIEW OFFICE PARK NOT OPEN WHEN I CALLED NEDBANK AND THEY ASSURED ME I COULD COME

Wanted to collect my passport on a Saturday, It shows that the branch is open Monday to Saturday. I called them first to make sure they were open and the consultant assured me I could come and collect. When I arrived, security told me they were not open. I called Nedbank again and the consultant now tells me they don’t work on Saturday. I spend money to go to that branch to collect, the most frustrating thing is the fact that I CALLED NEDBANK TO CONFIRM IF I COULD GO AND COLLECT AND I GOT A YES…I’m not sure what time it unprofessionalism this is, we don’t have time and money to waste going to the branch and going home without being assisted because THEY ARE CLOSED when they are supposed to be open. Now tell me which other day will I get to go back and with whose money???????
