Nedbank - lack of service

I received an email that if I didn't FICA my account in 30 days it would be closed. This was the first communication on the subject. Phoned the number provided which put me through to Nedbank. Verified my details and was then told to talk to MFC, Went through the process gain only to be told they cant help so was transferred again. Tried to follow the link provided which didn't work either. Tried the AI bot on the website and it just gave me marketing information. I am very unimpressed with Nedbank's level of service.
