Nedbank LACK of response to a Dispute Form (they sent requesting return)

I had an amount deducted from my credit card for R1,549.99 by iTunes and I do not know what it is for. I pay R14.99 for my monthly subscription around the 19th of the month, hence they have my credit card on file. I queried it the minute it happened (4th October) and they requested I fill in a Dispute form and return. I did this immediately, and returned same without delay. To date I have not had even the courtesy of a response, and how do I get the money back after all this time?
