Nedbank - lack of help and communication - they do not care

The communication from Nedbank is scary. To try resolve an issue, you can call, send emails and you will be passed from pillar to post and then the call will eventually drop after being messed around for a ridiculously long time

Your urgent enquiry is not their urgent enquiry and if it causes you inconvenience and leaves you high and dry locked out of your account, well that is okay as well apparently
