Nedbank lack of care to customer

I have logged numurous complaints with the vredenburg weskus mall branch banker and the branch manager. These complaints was sumply ignored. I then from there escalated my complaint to the nedbank area manager whom did not even bother responding to my complaint. I have been banking with nedbank for over 20 years and never have I been treated this poorly by any financial services provider. My complaint revolved around a study loan for my daughter. Almost three weeks later and severals times of having to resubmit my personal information and documentation they continually send me messages to submit my information again. At one point they informed us that the loan was approved just to find out a day later that the approval dissapeared from the system. I have now had it with them and is in the process of moving all of my business to another bank.
