Nedbank La Lucia Mall - Appalling service to say the Least!

<p>I have been to this branch numerous times, the wait is always painful, the service is shocking. I called in this morning to query on a personal account to only be told, oh i was going to call you, i need a few more things before aything can be processed., which clearly shows that if i didnt make that call no call would of followed thereafter. pathetic to say the least! The no care, i dont need my job attitude is so evident. this branch should be closed down and something more efficient put into place. I am taking a days leave and moving all my business over to another bank! really pathetic </p>
