Nedbank Korsten horrible service

Went to Nedbank Branch to apply for a personal loan and i waited quite a while but thats not the reason im writing a review.... Everything went well but there was a mess up with incomplete application where all my names was not added.... Anyway headed off to the bank this morning to sort it out i asked a lady if i cant get this sorted fast because of the line. A different lady came back with a attitude problem telling me that if i am helped before those other clients the regional manager will be called... First of all this isnt my mess up i already wasted hours in the bank and now i must spend more time and secondly I get approach with a attitude... I will be changing banks this couldve been avoided your clients cant suffer because of your mess ups i have work and all i know must be done is my name added and be signed off but i hear that bull..
