Nedbank knowingly finance poor quality houses

I bought a house from Cosmopolitan Projects financed by Nedbank South Africa. Upon approving my bond application etc., Nedbank informed me that they have arrange for inspectors/assessors to go and inspect the house, presumably for quality etc. Unfortunately, ever since I moved into the house bought from Cosmopolitan projects and financed by Nedbank, tiles have been falling off, there are deep structural cracks and the plaster is falling off showing that insufficient cement was used to build and plaster the house.

How is that Nedbank quality inspectors approved financing of these houses?

The only conclusion i can draw from this is that Nedbank knowingly financed this property regardless of its problems. As a customers I am angry because it is clear that the bank did business with me in bad faith.
