Nedbank Klerksdorp is nonsense!!!

I want to tell you about how *********** Nedbank Klerksdorp branch consultants are.

I sent my wife money from an overseas account, the sending party notified me that the funds had been released to Nedbank to my beneficiary which happens to be my wife. I sent all the supporting documentation to my wife on the 19th of March and asked her to go to the bank today the 20th.

The way they tossed her to and from one *********** consultant to the other is appalling to say the least.

They simply told her to head to Doreinkruin(sp) branch & have a talk with them.

Upon asking if they could call the said main branch and reach out to the Forex department in the said branch, they flat out refused and just pointed her to Doreinkruin (sp) branch.

Zero customer care and unacceptable behaviour, might as well close the branch down since they are failing to assist clients!!!
