Nedbank King Of **********

So I app**** for a credit card two weeks ago,was approved and have been waiting since for my card to be delivered.This morning I wake up to a debit order from them.Bare in mind I have not received my card I have not even used it ,and the debit was definately not authorised to go off on the 7th.I called Nedbank immediately and was advised the transactions/debit order department does not work on a Sunday,mean come on???!!!..To add more insult ,they ask ME to call THEM back tomorrow,So now they are gonna ***** money from account and want me to further be inconvenienced by using my own airtime to call THEM!!!..How on earth have you ever heard of such.How do I get billed for something I haven't even used,what's worse is that I haven't even received the card..This is *********!This is straight up *****,and trust me I won't keep quiet about this!!..This is my hard earned money!!!..
