Nedbank Killarney Mall

This is the 2nd time going to this useless Branch named Nedbank Killarney Mall. Don't get a ticket, get told to sit and then 20 to 45 Min later receive a ticket then to wait longer... People get que jumped while you were before them... And every time it is just apologies... Not that this will help any...but yes they don't even deserve 1star... As I am sitting here it has been 50min waiting and not one person sitting and once again they put someone in front off me. I've been literally in that bank for over an hour and they couldn't assist me with the bank app as I forgot my Bank Card Pin. Very Useless branch. fire them cause there is people just wasting money and time jasassss. It's a **** man
