Nedbank - Khutsho my hero of the day!

I know we use this platform mostly to express our dissatisfaction when it comes to service delivery, but today l want to use this platform to share my experience with a Nedbank Consultant named Khutsho, this guy is the definition of excellent customer care and services, I've had a few bad experience with Nedbank consultants off late to the point that l considered switching banks, but today Khutsho had restored my trust in Nedbank again, with his going the extra mile and above and beyond to render an excellent customer service experince. WELL DONE KHUTSHO, KEEP RAISING THE BAR AMONGST YOU COLLEAGUES AND SET THE STANDARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN GENERAL!!!!
