Nedbank Kenilworth

Nedbank Kenilworth in cape town.,had the worse experience ever. I open an account with my ID book that was fading away. Now when I have to collect the card, the said the can't use the same ID book that I open the card with, now they are holding my salary, and they have so much requirement for me to get the card, they said they need RSA passport, driver's license, affidavit, temporary ID, just for me to get my salary. They hold my salary, my kids have to sleep in dark and don't go to school because there is no money, I regret moving my salary to nedbank. Am at home affairs since 5am system down now and then, seem like another day without success.
