Nedbank keeps taking R185 from our account

This post is on behalf of my partner.

A few months ago he had changed his bank account to a one of those no monthly fees ones where we pay as we use. For the last two months Nedbank has been deducting R185 plus whatever we use and he contacted the bank with no help whatsoever. It's really sad that Nedbank keeps on doing this.
