Nedbank keeps failing me!

I’m sorely disappointed and dissatisfied with a service from Nedbank. I have been trying to get assistance from the home loan department for almost 2 months now and there seems to be no positive response every time I pursue the matter. It’s even worse that I am always told to call a number for assistance and I end up staying on the line for hours. I once sat in one of their branches for 2h30 on the phone trying to get assistance but to date there hasn’t been any word about the status on this matter. I wish there was a person, or a branch I can visit so I can get to the bottom of the matter. This is unacceptable really!
