Nedbank keeping it classy since always.

The worst service in business history. I go to the cape gate and brackenfell branch and nearly everytime I'm disappointed. You just sit there while there's open teller sitting there for 20 min and when you confront them they get upset... what a joke. Its 2020 guys. Wake the hell up. Feels like Nedbank is an NGO regarding service. And you know the worst part will be is that it will continue, if it was easy to move a business account I would do so but i have a safe drop and everything with them so yeah.... look at capitec, not hiking their prices for 2 years now and still makes profit and growing.... its because they listen
