Nedbank just wants money no service

I took out a funeral cover from finchoice where they starting harassing me and I ended up cancelling it two weeks after taking it because of the constant phone calls when I went to my bank and asked them to stop the finchoice debit order so they don’t deduct money off my account the agent nkosinathi from nedbank said I will have to pay nedbank R72 for them to attempt to stop the debit order how does one trust your bank if h have no control over your account what do ever I have the email of confirmation stating it was cancelled it’s not like I’m trying to avoid paying anything I just don’t want a company to take money for something ive cancelled this is day light ******* that everytime I have to do something on my account I have to pay all of this on top of my monthly fee I pay of R240.00 I can’t deal with nedbank anymore and I surely don’t recommend them to anyone
