Nedbank just never gets it right

1.Once again Nedbank has not given me all the tax certificates I requested despite sitting with a banker for nearly an hour.2. Nobody is answering my question if a INTEREST DISPOSABLE INSTRUCTION form signed by my 100 year old mother is the correct form when the instruction is to transfer a fixed deposit on maturing to her cheque account.
