Nedbank just does not care

I have waited for over 4 weeks for the issue of a simple bank guarantee in order to renew my rental contract. The funds have been in Nedbank all along, but the paper work does not get done. I have emails from the banks promising that it will be issued but then it just does not get issued. I have visited the branch on many occasions and each time i get "it will be here later today or tomorrow" but then it does not come. I have had such a bad time consuming experience with a matter that could have been handled with a single email. This bad service is from Nedbank Constantia Village Branch.
