Nedbank just do what they like!!

I am so sick of nedbank doing what they want with my money, they honor debit orders when there are not enough funds in the account charge you as a client a fee for this and when you requested that they do not do this they just carry on and do what they like. I am sick of my request as a client being ignored and now i must sit on the side of the road while i wait for them to take 2 days to respond!! I think its time people started re evaluating why they bank with Nedban****
